Danny C. Wills, 81, Arnold

Danny C. Wills, 81, of Arnold died March 15, 2022. Mr. Wills was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the First Baptist Church of Arnold, as well as an unofficial member of the Chick-fil-A Coffee Club. He enjoyed gardening. Born Aug. 28, 1940, in Corning, Ark., he was the son of the late Addie (Dowdy) and James Wills.

He is survived by his wife: Gayle Elizabeth (Crimson) Wills; a child: Christopher (Julie) Wills; six grandchildren: Jenna (fiance Simon Langrehr), Joslyn (Luke) Sweet, James and Jesse Wills, and Autumn and Summer Thorne; and a great-grandchild: Jack Sweet.

He also was preceded in death by a child: Amy (Christopher survives) Thorne.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time the funeral services from 11 a.m. to noon Friday, March 18, at First Baptist Church of Arnold, 2012 Missouri State Road. A graveside service will be from 11-11:30 a.m. Saturday, March 19, at Corning Cemetery, 401 N.W. Third St., in Corning, Ark. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Arnold. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home in Arnold.
