Cody James Greene, 39, of Houston, Texas, died Sept. 5, 2021, in Houston. Mr. Greene was a 2000 graduate of Seckman High School and was a wrestling coach, including at Seckman High, and more recently a pathology sales manager. Born June 28, 1982, in St. Louis, he was the son of Karen Martin and Nick Greene.
He is survived by his wife: Heather Clark Greene; a daughter: Eliana “Ellie” Greene; a sister: Kylie (Mike) Ameis; two stepsiblings: Alex (Breana) Winters and Madison Martin; his parents-in-law: Timothy and Rebecca Clark; a brother-in-law: Tyler (Chelsea) Clark; a niece: Kynlee; a nephew: Everett; and numerous family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: James Greene, Francis Martin and Gloria Lee Yvonne Dopp.
A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, at Rocking J Venue, 6722 Bridle Trail Lane, in High Ridge. Memorials may be made to a GoFundMe account to help pay for his daughter’s education. Arrangements are under the direction of A Sacred Choice Funeral Home, Houston.
