Clinton “Red” Blassingame, 59, of Wewahitchka, Fla., formerly of Festus, died Oct. 5, 2022, in Wewahitchka. Mr. Blassingame worked in construction. Born Aug. 29, 1963, in Festus, he was the son of Monfort Blassingame of Wewahitchka and the late Shirley Blassingame.
In addition ot his father, he is survived by two siblings: Linda Blassingame and Anita Blassingame; two nieces: Jessica (Joey) Huett and Heather Blassingame; and five great-nieces and nephews: Jayden, Jillian, Skyler, Ireland and Jude.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Lucy and Sheridan Blassingame; and his maternal grandparents: Selma and Lawrence Cooper.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, at Mitchell Funeral Home, 1520 Hwy. 49, in Paragould, Ark. Burial will follow in the Pine Knot Cemetery in Paragould. Arrangements are under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home in Paragould, Ark.
