Charlotte Ann Russell, 93, of Branson died July 27, 2021, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, Ind. Mrs. Russell worked at Fo-Jo in De Soto and was a member of Primrose Baptist Church. Born Oct. 26, 1927, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late Myrtle (Cole) and Louis Larkin.
She was preceded in death by her husband: William David Russell.
She is survived by a daughter: Lorri Kay (Russell Ray) Huskey of Reeds Springs; two siblings: Effie Christopher of De Soto and Charles “Red” Larkin of St. Louis; two grandchildren: Amy Boyer and Shawn Huskey; seven great-grandchildren: Holley Peacor, Nicole and Allison Boyer, and Alexandra, Roseleen, Elizabeth and Clayton Huskey; and a great-great-granddaughter: Katie Peacor.
She was preceded in death by seven siblings: Thelma Pollard, Theresa Brock, Alberta Baisch, Brentwood Larkin, Donald Larkin, Oral Larkin and Jacob “Jack” Larkin.
Services were private. Burial was in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, De Soto.
