Charles Leonard Lashley, 80, of Camdenton, died Sept. 20, 2017, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. Mr. Lashley was an accountant for Brown Shoe Co. in St. Louis before retiring to Lebanon and then Lake of the Ozarks. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Chapel in Osage Beach, where he served as an elder. He enjoyed woodcarving, golf, camping, boating and fishing, but his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. Born April 7, 1937, in Festus, he was the son of the late Wilma (Buehler) and Leonard Lashley.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years: Valeria (Gassier) Lashley; a son: Todd (Ann) Lashley of Camdenton; a grandson: Joshua Lashley of Camdenton; and two brothers: David (Sharon) Lashley of Webster Groves and Greg (Gayle) Lashley of Orlando, Fla.

Visitation is at 2 p.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25, at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, 1270 Business Hwy. 5, in Camdenton. Burial is in the Hedges-Scott Cemetery in Camdenton. Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges-Scott Funeral Home.
