Charles D. Headrick Sr., 58, of De Soto died April 26, 2017, at his home. Mr. Headrick was a laborer and a self-employed mechanic. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoyed taking pictures, tinkering and computers, especially searching the web. Born Feb. 11, 1959, in Richmond Heights, he was the son of Violet (Crawford) L. Headrick of Eureka and the late James C. Headrick.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son: Charles D. Headrick Jr. of Cedar Hill; two daughters: Christina (David) Todahl of De Soto and Jessica Pinkley of De Soto; his former wife: Deborah Smith of Cedar Hill; a brother: William (Esther) Headrick of St. James; two sisters: Alice (Stephen) Rethemeyer of Morse Mill and Martha (Tommy) Dickerson of House Springs; and four grandchildren: Cinthya, Kurtis, Abigail and Vincent.
He was preceded in death by a son-in-law: Ronald Pinkley; and a brother: James Headrick.
Funeral services and burial were private. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
