Carolyn J. Besore, 83, of Farmington died Dec. 20, 2022, at Cedarhurst in Farmington. Mrs. Besore had worked at Saint Gobain Glass Co. (now Ardagh Glass) in Pevely. She was born Aug. 29, 1939, in Marion, Ind., the daughter of the late Robert B. and Mary E. (nee Helms) Elliott.
She is survived by her husband: Glen Besore; three children: Greg (Sherri) Besore of Farmington, Randall (Connie) Besore of Festus and Tamara Besore of Hazelwood; five siblings: Marilyn (Mike) Ketchum of South Carolina, Jack (Linda) Elliott of Indiana, Jim (Connie) Elliott of Indiana, Nancy (Bob) Vanderwoude of Ohio and Kathy (Randy) Church of Indiana; five grandchildren: Wes (Stef) Besore, Colby Besore, Rachel (Danny) Harness, Travis Besore and Jake Besore; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son: Scott Besore.
A private funeral service will be held. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
