Carolyn C. Lanier-Self, 70, of Hillsboro died June 27, 2017. Mrs. Lanier-Self was a paramedic who enjoyed nature and interior decorating. Born April 23, 1947, in Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Cecil C. and Letha M. (Jones) Lanier.
She is survived by her husband: Robert Bader of House Springs; a son: Jason Bader of House Springs; two grandchildren: Danny and Christian; one great-grandchild: Danny Jr.; two siblings: Kacheta Maret of south St. Louis County and Terry Adams of De Soto; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two siblings: Joe and Michael Lanier.
Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
