Carol Ann Stephansky, 82, of Festus died Dec. 29, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Stephansky was a retired sales associate for Walmart Supercenter in Festus/Crystal City. She enjoyed shopping, dining out and socializing with her friends. Born Oct. 1, 1937, in Festus, she was the daughter of the late Pauline (Fitzgerald) and James Mayberry.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Paul William Stephansky Sr.
She is survived by a son: Paul (Liz) Stephansky Jr. of Festus; three daughters: Paula (Keith) Strohkirch of Crystal City, Dolores “Dee” (Johnie) Rollins of Festus and Caren (David) Pruitt of Branson; a sister: Paula (Quentin) Wray of Bayfield, Colo.; 14 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son: Ricky Kuntz; and an infant daughter: Julie Stephansky.
A private graveside service was held at Gamel Cemetery in Festus. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
