Carol Ann DeRousse, 63, of De Soto died May 10, 2019, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. DeRousse was a homemaker and enjoyed motorcycles, cooking and spending time with her family. Born Nov. 24, 1955, in Granite City, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Ardella (Stout) and Clyde Troutner.
She is survived by her husband: Chris James DeRousse; two sons: David (Tammy) Rowe of Keysport, Ill., and Michael J. DeRousse of De Soto; two daughters: Angel (Sam) Haines of Waynesboro, Tenn., and Lisa (Kenny) Franklin of Festus; nine grandchildren: David Rowe, Crystal Rowe, Nicholas Rowe, Samantha Haines, Cooper Haines, Aubrey Franklin, Tyler Franklin, Sammi Franklin and Mandi Franklin; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Patricia Wagner.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Dr., in Festus. A funeral service will follow immediately, officiated by Pastor John Johnson. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
