Carmen M. Bregant, 71, of Crystal City died Dec. 8, 2019, at the de Greeff Hospice House in St. Louis County. Ms. Bregant was a retired bank manager with Boatmen’s Bank, now Bank of America, in Crystal City. Born Oct. 19, 1948, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Caroline “Lil” (Riolo) and Lauriano “Louis” Sariego.
She is survived by two sons: Louis Bregant of Hillsboro and Mark Christopher Bregant of St. Charles; and three grandchildren: Michael, Jacob and Sydney Bregant.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Louis Michael Sariego.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the funeral home. Burial is in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to Autism Speaks, 9200 Olive Boulevard, Suite 202, St. Louis, 63132.
