Brenda Louise Ervin, 71, of Festus died Sept. 26, 2022, at her home. Mrs. Ervin was Christian. She will be remembered for her smile and radiant personality, her deep faith and her commitment to helping others. Born Dec. 12, 1950, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Martha Lou (LaMure) and Richard “Fuzz” Fallert.
She is survived by her husband: Charlie Ervin of Festus; two children: Ben (Beth) Ervin of Pevely and Rachel (Ben) Conoyer of St. Charles; and four grandsons: Brennan Ervin, Brody Ervin, Sam Conoyer, and Will Conoyer. She was preceded in death by a brother: Rick Fallert.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at Our Lady Catholic Church, 1550 St. Mary’s Lane, in Festus, officiated by Father Tom Santen. Burial is in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to Comtrea, attention Mary’s House of Hope, 222 N. Mill St., Festus, 63028. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
