Bobby Lee Carter, 82, of Arnold died at the de Greeff Hospice House in St. Louis. Mr. Carter worked in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Born Oct. 17, 1937, in Caruthersville, he was the son of the late Linda Elizabeth (Sikes) and Jesse Lee Carter.
He is survived by his wife: Reba J. (Spicer) Carter; two sons: Michael (Diane) Carter of Arnold and Gordon (Melissa) Carter of Waterford, Va.; two daughters: Linda Teresa (Kevin) Kenney of St. Louis and Amy (Forest) Crawford of Ballwin; and seven grandchildren: Lauren, Sean, Katie, Liam, Olivia, Egan and Zoe.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the funeral home. Burial with honors will be at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
