Billiejean F. “Billie” Murray, 59, of High Ridge died Jan. 14, 2017. Mrs. Murray enjoyed taking care of her family, fishing, the pond, and tinkering in her garden. She had a true passion for shopping and had a great shoe collection. Born Oct. 1, 1957, in Kirkwood, she was the daughter of Georgia Francis (Taylor) Mathis and the late George Mathis Sr. She was preceded in death by her husband: Louis E. Murray.
She is survived by one daughter: Shawna Barnoski; seven step-children; three grandchildren: Reanna, Kayla and Dennis; one brother: George (Karen) Mathis Jr. and many friends.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter’s companion: Theodore Evans.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
