Billie Jean Mattingly, 36, of Rolla died April 21, 2017, in Rolla. Ms. Mattingly was a CNA. She was born July 20, 1980, in St. Louis, the daughter of Sheila Utnage of Festus and William (Beverly) Utnage of Lampe.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandmother: Jessie West of Festus; two daughters: Elizabeth Utnage and Malayna Cox; a sister: Christine (Jason) Utnage Young of Cuba, Mo.; four nieces: Ambyr (Billy) Urtnage King of Rolla and Jessica (James) Utnage Heads, Shianne (William) Baldwin Eaton and Stevi Earll, all of Cuba; five great-nieces; and two great-nephews. She was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service is scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, at Good News Community Church, 2793 Hwy. 61, south of Festus, officiated by Pastor Jack King. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis County.
