Betty A. Livingston, 69, of Arnold died April 3, 2015, in Arnold. Mrs. Livingston was a homemaker. Born Oct. 18, 1945, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Lena Tinker and Fred Shaffer Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband: William C. Livingston Sr.
She is survived by a son: Bill (Tracey) Livingston of Arnold; a daughter: Chrissy Baumgarte of Arnold; three grandchildren: Blake Baumgarte, Brianna Baumgarte and Shane Livingston; two brothers: Don (Betty) Shaffer and Jim (Dottie) Shaffer, both of St. Louis; and two sisters-in-law: Cathy Shaffer and Judy Schaffer.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Wayne, Gary and Rich Schaffer.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry, in south St. Louis County. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30 am. at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Louis County. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
