Barbara M. Brown, 66, of De Soto died May 20, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Brown was a licensed practical nurse who had worked for Mary’s Deli in De Soto. Born Nov. 29, 1954, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Ruth (Cloyd) and Adolph Meyer.
She is survived by three children: Kevin (Kelly) Brown of Festus, Stephen (Courtney) Brown of De Soto and Elizabeth “Libby” Brown of De Soto; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two children: Geoffrey Brown and Meghan Brown; a brother: Milton Meyer; and a grandson: Jason Brown.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Monday, May 24, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
