Aubrey Lee Robinson, 84, of House Springs died Nov. 1, 2019. Mr. Robinson was a member of United Auto Workers Local 136 for 46 years. He was known for his wood working and gardening, and also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was born March 28, 1935, in Ohio County, Ky., the son of the late Frank and Maggie (Brown) Robinson.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years: Ella (McCoy) Robinson of House Springs, whom he married Aug. 6, 1955, in Evansville, Ind.; two children: Benney (Ramona) Robinson of Richwoods and Gary (Barb) Robinson of House Springs; a son-in-law: Dennis Marion; nine grandchildren: William, Christina, Rebecca, Krystle, Karrie, Nathan, Kevin, Kimmie and Shane; two step-grandchildren: Amy and Jennifer; 20 great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law: Dolores Robinson; a brother-in-law: Larry (Donna) McCoy; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by a daughter: Robbie Rena Marion; a brother: James Robinson.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the funeral home. Burial is in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0412.
