Anita Carol (Elmer) Bonacker, 59, of House Springs died Aug. 12, 2022, in House Springs. Mrs. Bonacker enjoyed showing quarter horses and loved traveling alongside her husband for races, horse shows and vacations. She was born Aug. 31, 1962, in St. Louis, the daughter of Everett Elmer and the late Barbara (Bruce) Elmer.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband: Wayne Daniel Bonacker; three daughters: Susan Strong, Dasha Lynn Jones and Melissa (Mikell) Burkhardt; six grandchildren: Kayla, Gracie, Skylar, Jeremiah, Marli, and Myka; three great-grandchildren: Isabell, Timothy and Sydney; a sister: LouAnn (Chuck) Bailey; her mother-in-law: Jackie Bonacker; a sister-in-law: Anna (Jim) Schmitt; two brothers-in-law: Gary Bonacker and Paul (Linda) Bonacker; eight nieces and nephews: Waylon, Celeste, Nick, Michael (Courtney), Christopher (Christy), Craig (Katie), Lindsey (Derek), and Corey (Jackie); along with numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by a grandson: Dustin Michael Strong; and her father-in-law: Alvin Bonacker.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
