Angela Mary Montgomery, 58, of Festus died March 3, 2020, in Festus. Mrs. Montgomery was a custodian at Festus Elementary School who enjoyed animals. Born May 5, 1961, in Festus, she was the daughter of the late Laverne (Wright) and Joseph Saputo.
She is survived by a daughter: Caitlin Emily (Brandon O’Rourke) Montgomery of Chester, N.Y.; two sisters: Theresa (David) Chotrow of Perryville and Marilyn LaRose of Barnhart; and a brother: Joseph (Patricia) Saputo of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Steve Edwin Montgomery; a sister: Carolyn Vest; and a brother-in-law: Laddie LaRose.
Memorial gathering will be from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, immediately followed by funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
