Angela M. Wittneben, 53, of De Soto died July 25, 2019, in St. Louis. Mrs. Wittneben was a sandwich artist at Subway. She also was also a member of Parkview Baptist Church in De Soto. Born April 17, 1966, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of David (Barb) Kapper and Geraldine (Brandhorst) Ewertz and the stepdaughter of Richard Ewertz.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband: Brian Wittneben of De Soto; one son: Zachary Wittneben of De Soto; two daughters: Melissa Benson of Clarksville, Tenn., and Jessica Wittneben of De Soto; one grandchild: Cadence; many others to whom she was like a grandmother; three brothers: David Kapper Jr. of St. Louis, Les (Gina) Kapper of Festus and John Kapper; and four sisters: Cheryl (Deana Walls) Polson of Arnold, Bobbie Lavine of St. Louis, Debi Wilcox of Nashville, Tenn., and Michelle Martin of Waterloo, Ill.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Monday, July 29, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
