Alma Pratt, 77, of O’Fallon died Aug. 24, 2022, at St. Andrew’s at New Florence in New Florence. Mrs. Pratt was an office manager at a law firm. Born July 4, 1945, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late Albert E. and Fay E. (Henry) Brinley.
She is survived by her husband: Vincent Pratt of O’Fallon; a son: David (Jeannie) Pratt of McLeod, N.D.; a daughter: Cindy (Stuart) Seal of Bealeton, Va.; two brothers: Wayne (Tammy) Brinley of Springfield and Glenn (Judith Bock) Brinley of Columbia; three grandchildren: Carrie Pratt, Kirstin Pratt and Rodney Seal; and one great-grandchild: Noah.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Harold Brinley; two sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Brinley and Tina Brinley; and one grandson: Jimmy Seal.
Visitation is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. until a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 403 North Main Street, in O’Fallon, officiated by Father Nicholas Kastenholz. Burial is in the St. Joachim Cemetery in Old Mines. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
