Jefferson College will hold its 52nd annual commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 13, in the Field House on the Hillsboro campus.
About 800 students will receive associate degrees or career and technical education certificates.
Those concluding study in career and technical education programs will graduate at 10 a.m., with doors opening at 8:30 a.m.
A ceremony for graduates of Arts and Science Education programs will begin at 2 p.m., with doors opening at 12:30 p.m.
Eric Ammons, president of Mercy Hospital Jefferson, will be the keynote speaker.
All jackets, bags and backpacks will be searched upon entry. Purses, diaper bags and other small personal bags are allowed, but will be inspected at the entrance. No large bags or boxes are allowed in the building without advance notice.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow adequate time to enter the building.
Both ceremonies will be shown live via streaming video on the college’s website and cable television station.
