The city of Arnold will accept applications for utility tax rebates throughout April.

To be eligible for the rebate, applicants must live within the Arnold city limits and be 62 or older or certified as totally disabled and who have a total household income that does not exceed $30,000.

Only those who pay an Arnold tax on their utility bills are eligible to receive the rebate, which covers the period between September 2021 through February 2022.

Applications will be available beginning Friday, April 1, and may be picked up in the Arnold City Hall lobby, 2101 Jeffco Blvd. They also are available on the city’s website at arnoldmo.org.

Applicants must submit several documents along with the application, including a driver’s license or some other proof of age, proof of total yearly income, paid gas and/or electric bills between September and February and proof of residency. Those who are disabled must include a recent letter of disability and copy of a check from Social Security.
