The Fox C-6 School District’s Board of Education meeting will be held at 7 tonight (Aug. 17) at Rickman Auditorium, 747 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold.
Board meetings typically are held the first and third Tuesday of every month at the Fox C-6 Service Center, 849 Jeffco Blvd. However, tonight’s meeting is being relocated to the larger auditorium because the board is expected to vote on its COVID-19 mitigation plan and a larger-than-normal crowd might show up.
“Based on community involvement with our back-to-school plan, we are anticipating additional attendance at the board meeting,” said JP Prezzavento, Fox’s communication and instructional technology coordinator.
On Aug. 6, the district announced that it recommends but doesn’t require students and staff members wear masks this school year.
