The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced that the ramp from the North Outer Road to westbound I-44 will close at 9 a.m. Monday, March 6, and remain closed through the summer while work is completed on bridges crossing the Meramec River west of Lewis Road.
The ramp is near Route 66 State Park just east of Eureka and is accessible from Lewis Road.
Along with the ramp closure, one lane on Lewis Road will be closed from 7 a.m. Monday through mid-April. However, one lane on Lewis Road that runs under a bridge being worked on will remain open, and a signal will direct traffic between Bussen Quarry Road and the North Outer Road, according to MoDOT.
