It appeared that someone tried to steal a car from outside the Fox Chase Apartments, 700 Fox Chase, in Arnold, damaging the 2012 Hyundai’s door lock and ignition. No estimate for the damage was provided, Arnold Police reported.
The victim, a 23-year-old Arnold woman, said the damage happened overnight between Dec. 18 and Dec. 19. She did not report anything stolen from the vehicle, the report said.
As of Dec. 21, no suspects had been identified, Det. Lt. Jeremy Christopher said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
