Arnold Police are investigating a recent theft of a utility trailer that was parked along I-55 at Hwy. 141. The theft happened between 10 p.m. Sept. 7 and 4 p.m. Sept. 8, the report said.
The victim said the trailer had a flat so he left it along I-55 and when he returned to get it, the trailer was gone. The 5-by-8-foot utility trailer was valued at $700, the report said.
As of Sept. 13, the trailer had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, said Detective Lt. James Jones. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
