sandhu reward flyer

CrimeStoppers and the family of an 18-year-old former Eureka High School student have teamed up to offer a reward up to $25,000 for information leading to a felony arrest in the teen’s murder.

Ethan Sandhu, who graduated from Ladue High School after leaving Eureka High, was found shot to death inside a car at about 2:50 p.m. June 1 near the intersection of North 22nd Street and University Street in St. Louis. Sandhu, who was living in Olivette at the time, died from a gunshot wound to his chest, St. Louis Police reported.

Sandhu’s family has offered up to $20,000, and CrimeStoppers has offered up to $5,000 for the reward. Anyone with information about the case may call CrimeStoppers at 1-866-371-8477.

Sandhu left Eureka High after the 2018-2019 school year. In September 2020, he filed a lawsuit against the Rockwood School District, as well as a former principal and an associate principal from the school, claiming they mishandled his mental-health situation, discriminated against him because of his race and gender and violated district policy for punishment he received in 2018.
