Tullock, Antonio -- CRIME

Antonio Charles Tullock

Antonio Charles Tullock, 24, of Crystal City has been sentenced to seven years in prison following drug and stealing charges, court records show.

In May 2010, Tullock sold heroin to a Jefferson County detective on three separate occasions, the report said.

Also in May 2010, Tullock was found in Jefferson County with buprenorphine, another controlled substance, according to the report.

The year before, in January 2009, Tullock stole at least $500 from a Festus man, as well as electronics and other items from a variety of other victims, including another Festus man, a Festus woman and an Imperial woman the report said.

In May 2011, Tullock left the scene of an accident on North Second Street in Festus that caused more than $1,000 in damage, according to the report.

After pleading guilty to the May 2010 drug charges and the May 2011 leaving the scene charge, Tullock was sentenced in August 2012 to seven-years for the heroin charge and two three-year terms – one for the other drug charge and one for leaving the scene – but the sentences were suspended and he got five years’ probation.

In January 2011, Tullock had received five years’ probation for the stealing charges, after pleading guilty, court papers indicate.

Then, after violating his probation, Tullock was sentenced on Oct. 21 by Jefferson County Div. 2 Circuit Judge Gary Kramer to three seven-year terms for the heroin charges, three years for the other drug charge, three five-year terms for the stealing charges and a three-year term for leaving the scene.

However, all the terms are to be served concurrently, the report said.

Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Douglas Pribble handled the cases.

Another defendant, Cheyenne M. Fuller, 24, of Union pleaded guilty to three felony stealing charges in connection with the January 2009 incident and got three years after a probation violation, according to court documents.
