Eureka Police are investigating the theft of a utility trailer filled with roofing equipment from outside Bloomfield Road in the Windswept Farms development. The red 2020 Redding trailer was valued at about $5,700 and had $7,715 of equipment inside, police reported.
The trailer, which belongs to Allen Roofing & Siding in Ellisville, was seen in surveillance video being towed away by a white Ford F-250 at 8:17 p.m. March 16, the report said.
As of Monday, March 28, the trailer and the equipment had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Lt. Michael Werges said. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
