Arnold Police are investigating the theft of tools worth $900 from an unlocked tool box in a pickup parked at the Drury Inn and Suites, 3800 Hwy. 141. The theft happened between 9 p.m. April 28 and 6 a.m. April 29, police reported.
The victim, a 25-year-old Jackson man, told police two tool bags filled with hand tools and drywall tools were stolen from the unlocked tool box in the bed of the 2003 Ford F-150, the report said.
As of May 7, the tools had not been recovered, and there were no suspects, Capt. Rich Shular said. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
