Arnold Police are investigating the theft of tires, batteries and other items from Plaza Tire off the West Outer Road.
The theft occurred between 6:30 p.m. June 9 and 6:44 a.m. June 10, when someone cut a section of chain-link on a gate to get inside a storage area and steal the items, Arnold Police reported.
In all, 37 used tires, 15 used batteries and eight aluminum wheels were stolen.
The stolen items were valued at about $1,450, and damage to the gate was estimated at about $200, the report said.
As of Thursday (June 26), the items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, said Capt. Robert Ruckman of the Arnold Police Department.
