A tire, wheel and lug nuts were stolen off a car parked outside the Marcus Arnold Cinema, 1912 Richardson Road. When the victim finished watching a movie at the cinema and returned to car, he found the car raised on a jack, Arnold Police reported.
The victim, a 42-year-old Herculaneum man, told police he parked his 2021 Hyundai Elantra in the theater parking lot at about 12:45 p.m. Nov. 27. He said when he returned at 3:15 p.m., he found the tire and other items missing, the report said.
The wheel and tire were valued at about $500, Arnold Police reported.
As of Dec. 1, none of the stolen items had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jason Valentine said. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
