Three Jefferson County men allegedly vandalized the bathroom at Rite Property Management, 3675 West Outer Road, in Arnold. The incident happened about 1 p.m. May 1, Arnold Police reported.
A 21-year-old De Soto man, a 19-year-old Imperial man and an 18-year-old Imperial man went into the business’s restroom and allegedly defecated on the floor, used fecal matter to draw a smiley face on a stall and threw a two-way radio into a urinal, the report said.
When officers arrived, they found the three men sitting in a Chrysler Town and Country van in the parking lot outside the business. The men were issued citations to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for fourth-degree property damage, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
