Arnold Police recently arrested three Jefferson County men after they drove past an officer who spotted one of the men hanging out of a rear passenger window allegedly holding a bag of marijuana. The incident happened just before 5 p.m. Aug. 23 at Church Road and Michigan Avenue, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
A 19-year-old Imperial man, a 19-year-old House Springs man and an 18-year-old Imperial man were arrested. Police allegedly found them with more than 35 grams of marijuana, a report said.
The three were booked and released pending application for warrants. Arnold Police will seek felony drug charges against them through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Jones said.
