Arnold Police arrested three women from Springfield, Ill., for allegedly stealing from the Kohl’s store, 2150 Michigan Ave. The women are suspected of previously stealing from the store as well, police reported.
Officers got a call at about 4:50 p.m. March 14 after the women allegedly stole merchandise worth $1,284 from the store. Officers arrested a 20-year-old, 24-year-old and 29-year-old woman outside the store, the report said.
The women were taken to the Police Station, where they were booked and released pending application for warrants. Arnold Police will seek charges against the women through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for felony stealing, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
