Someone broke into the TCC Verizon Wireless store in Festus and stole cellular phones valued at $1,250 early Dec.14, Police Chief Tim Lewis reports.
Lewis said the suspect broke a window to enter the store, 1127 W. Gannon Drive, in the Gannon Regional Shopping Center.
“It happened sometime around 12:30 a.m.; we know through security camera footage,” Lewis said. “The suspect threw a rock through a window, entered the building and took two Apple iPhones valued at $600 each and a Samsung Galaxy display phone valued at $50.”
He said the suspect is a white male, but had no other description.
“He was in and out real fast,” Lewis said.
