Arnold Police recently arrested a 51-year-old St. Louis woman for alleged possession of heroin. The woman was arrested at 7:51 p.m. Oct. 18, after she was found slumped at the wheel of a vehicle parked at the Circle K gas station, 504 Jeffco Blvd., a report said.
The officer who responded to the scene allegedly found the woman with eight capsules believed to be heroin, as well as drug paraphernalia. After the woman allegedly made suicidal statements, she was taken to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County for evaluation, according to the report.
Depending on results from drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek felony drug charges against the woman through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Detective Lt. James Jones said. As of Nov. 10, charges had not been filed, Jones said.
