A St. Louis man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexually molesting a young Arnold girl, according to court records.
Between Nov. 29, 2013, and June 15, 2014, Paul David Torretti, 33, of St. Louis had sexual contact with the girl on several occasions at an Arnold home. The girl was younger than 12 at the time, the probable-cause statement said.
Torretti pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree statutory sodomy, a felony, and on Dec. 14, Jefferson County Div. 6 Circuit Judge Troy A. Cardona sentenced him to 15 years in prison, the report said.
Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Marie Pudlowski handled the case.
On Dec. 9, Torretti was sentenced in connection with a November 2013 in St. Louis, and got two 15-year prison terms, one for first-degree statutory sodomy and the other for first-degree child molestation, as well as seven four-year terms for first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree child molestation, sexual misconduct involving a child younger than 15 and other felonies. Those terms are to be served concurrent, or at the same time, with each other and with the 15-year term he was sentenced to in Jefferson County, court papers show.
