Justin Nicholas Wells, 23, of St. Louis has been sentenced to two five-year prison terms for sodomizing an Imperial girl, but the terms are to be served concurrently, or at the same time, court documents indicate.
Between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2012, Wells had sexual contact on more than one occasion with the Imperial girl, who was at 14 at the time, a probable-cause statement said.
The incidents occurred in Jefferson County.
After St. Louis County Police got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Wells was arrested and charged with two counts of statutory sodomy, according to the statement.
He pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced on Dec. 11, 2013, by Jefferson County Div. 3 Circuit Judge Nathan B. Stewart.
Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Catherine A. Crowley handled the case.
