The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has issued a silver advisory for Mark Alan Edelmann, 72, who lives between Hillsboro and Festus. In a Facebook post, the Sheriff’s Office reported Edelmann was last seen at about 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, leaving the Circle K gas station, 10201 Business 21, near Hwys. 21 and A near Hillsboro.
Edelmann was seen driving a dark green 2013 Ford F-150 south on Hwy. 21 toward Hillsboro. He was wearing a tan T-shirt and blue jeans, according to the report.
Edelmann is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has gray hair and hazel eyes, the report said.
The Sheriff’s Office reported Edelman has difficulty seeing and hearing and left his glasses, hearing aids and phone at his home. The Sheriff’s Office also reported that Edelmann may be disoriented or confused.
