Authorities said Douglas Frazier, 64, of High Ridge has been found safe. A Silver Advisory had been issued for him this afternoon, April 7, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
In a social media post, the Sheriff’s Office said Frazier had been missing since Wednesday, April 6. The post said Frazier’s loved ones said he has a mental illness and hasn't taken his medication in days.
The Sheriff’s Office social media also said someone saw a previous post about the missing man and recognized him.
