A power washer and tools, altogether valued at about $4,200, recently were stolen from the bed of a pickup parked in the 3700 block of North Windmill Drive in the Arnold area. The theft happened between 9:30 p.m. June 17 and 4:30 a.m. June 18, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The victim told deputies he had parked the pickup at the address and found the tools missing the next morning, adding that he didn’t hear anything during the night when the items were stolen, the report said.
In addition to the power washer, stolen items included a Bosch chipping hammer, a Bosch grinde, and a Milwaukee caulking gun. As of Wednesday (July 5), the items had not been recovered, Cpl. Matthew Moore said.
