A chain-link fence was cut in order to gain entry onto a Eureka business’s parking lot, although no theft was discovered, Eureka Police reported.
On Dec. 5, police were called to Mid America Truck Tops and Trailers, 501 Howerton Lane, when the damage was found. It is believed the fence was cut sometime between 2 p.m. Dec. 1 to 5:20 p.m. Dec. 5, police reported.
The damage to the fence is estimated at $100, the report said.
As of Dec. 18, there were no suspects, Capt. David Wilson said.
