Arnold Police are seeking two men who recently stole 100 lighters from the Phillips 66 convenience store, 1502 Jeffco Blvd. The theft happened about 9:44 p.m. June 6, when the two men allegedly went inside the store, grabbed trays full of lighters, ran to their vehicle, with the lighters in tow, and drove off, Arnold Police Lt. James Jones said.
He said surveillance footage showed two white men steal the lighters, which are valued at $238. He said police were trying to use the surveillance footage to get the license plate number from the vehicle they drove away in and then identify the suspects.
As of June 15, however, no suspects had been identified. The lighters had not been recovered either, Jones said.
