The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a white 2008 Chevrolet Silverado from outside a home in the 200 block of Green Jade Estates Drive in the Jefferson County portion of Fenton. The pickup was stolen at about 5:20 a.m. March 13, authorities reported.
The victim told deputies his pickup had been broken into on March 9, and his keys and tools had been stolen. The man had reported that theft to authorities, the report said.
As of March 16, the Silverado had not been recovered, spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
