Arnold Police are pursuing felony stealing charges against a 39-year-old Pevely man who allegedly stole $1,160 worth of decorative aluminum fence panels from Lowe’s, 920 Arnold Commons Drive, police reported.
An office identified the man after watching surveillance video. The man allegedly was involved in prior incidents, the report said.
At about 6:30 p.m. May 15, the man selected four fence panels and carried them out of the store without paying. Store employees did not report the theft until May 30, according to the report.
As of June 5, a warrant had not been issued for the man’s arrest, and the panels had not been recovered, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
