A 46-year-old Harrisburg, Ore., man was arrested in Arnold for suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he almost hit another vehicle on St. John’s Church Road. The incident occurred at 12:12 a.m. June 15, Arnold Police reported.
An officer reportedly spotted the man driving a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado on St. John’s Church Road, changing lanes without signaling and almost hitting another vehicle near Richardson Road, the report said.
The officer reported that the driver appeared intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test. He was arrested and transported to the Police Station, according to the report.
After he was booked, the driver was released to a sober driver and issued a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for DWI, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
