Motors, a power washer and a variety of tools recently were stolen form a barn in the 1500 block of Dickinson Road in the De Soto area. The stolen items were valued at $4,980, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The theft happened between May 26 and May 27. Among the stolen items were an electric trolling motor; another electric motor; a power washer; a red Campbell Hausfeld air compressor; a red Lincoln arc welder; torch sets and tanks; pipe benders; air tools; Craftsman tools; and an antique copper ship, the report said.
As of June 7, the stolen items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Cpl. Matthew Moore said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
